Privacy policy

Contact details you give us (name, country, phone, email), the medical information you choose to share so a hospital can issue an opinion and estimate, and basic technical data about your visit such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not require you to create an account, and we ask only for the medical information a hospital needs to answer your question.

To obtain medical opinions and cost estimates from the hospitals you approve; to arrange visa invitation letters, travel and interpretation; to respond to your enquiries; and to improve the content on this site in aggregate.

We do not sell personal or medical data, and we do not use your medical information for advertising or profiling.

Only the hospitals and treating doctors you approve for the purpose of an opinion or estimate, and service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, such as the airport transfer or accommodation you have asked us to book.

Where a hospital or provider is in India, your information is processed in India. By asking us to obtain an Indian hospital opinion you are asking us to transfer the necessary information there.

Enquiry correspondence is retained while your case is active and for a limited period afterwards for continuity of care and record keeping. You can ask us to delete your medical documents at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain them.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for further sharing with hospitals. Email care@carebridge.health and we will respond within thirty days.

We use only what is necessary to run the site and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not run advertising trackers that build profiles of health interests.
