About Healing by India
Healing by India is a medical travel facilitator based in Navi Mumbai, India. Since 2016 we have helped patients from 15+ countries obtain second opinions, written cost estimates and coordinated treatment at accredited Indian hospitals.
Most patients who contact us are not shopping for a holiday with surgery attached. They have a diagnosis, a price at home they cannot meet, or a procedure that is not available where they live. What they need is a straight answer: is this treatable, at what realistic cost, over how many weeks, and with what risk of the number moving.
That is the entire design of this company. We ask for the reports first, put them in front of consultants at accredited hospitals, and send you back what those doctors actually said along with an itemised estimate from the hospital's own billing department. If your case is better handled at home, we will tell you that too.
On the ground in India, one named case manager stays with you from arrival to discharge: hospital registration, interpretation at every consultation, help with billing queries, accommodation for your attendant and the fit-to-fly certificate before you book the return leg.

How we work
We are a facilitator, not a clinic
Healing by India does not employ doctors, own hospitals or provide clinical care. We arrange opinions, estimates, visas and logistics. Every diagnosis and treatment decision belongs to the treating hospital and its registered doctors.
Hospital pricing, unmarked up
You receive the hospital's own written estimate. We do not add a patient-facing fee on top of it, and we tell you when a cheaper hospital is clinically equivalent for your case.
Accredited hospitals only
We work with hospitals holding JCI or NABH accreditation and NABL-accredited laboratories, because accreditation is the one quality signal an international patient can verify independently.
Content reviewed by clinicians
Cost guides and treatment explainers are checked by a medical reviewer before publication and re-reviewed on a fixed cycle. Reviewer name and review date appear on the page.
Honest about what we do not know
Where outcome data for a hospital or surgeon is not published, we say so rather than substituting a marketing claim. Ranges are labelled as indicative, never as quotations.
Your data stays yours
Medical reports are shared only with the hospitals you approve, for the purpose of obtaining an opinion and estimate, and are never sold or used for advertising.
